Let me start off by saying what a great Pedal Steel Guitar you've built me, 
with my Emmons Lashley Legrande III.   The action is very smooth in the way 
it plays, the tones is superb.  And the Emmons counterforce mechanism keeps 
the tuning right on the money with ZERO CABINET DROP.  I think it's the 
closest thing to that classic Emmons sound since the push-pull days.  The 
building and delivery time for my guitar was done AS PROMISED.  And you were 
very easy to work with during the process.   I think you guys have built a 
real winner here, and I'm extremely proud to be one of your Emmons 
customers.    I know your dad, "Ron Sr." must be looking down and very proud 
to see what you doing to continue with the company he built, and making what 
are still the finest instruments on the market.
